Odd Dynamic Block Behaviour

I have a dynamic block with a few dynamic attributes which until recently seemed to function.  However when the block is inserted into a drawing and I click on the blue dynamic attribute arrow, it instantly disappears and turns into what looks like a grip (blue square).  Also, no lookup table appears either!!

Anyone else seen this behaviour before?

It sounds like you have 2 or more actions at the same spot in your block, it could just be the scale of your drawing, but check that out first, I've experienced that before, it looks fine until you click the arrow, then Autocad gets confused as to which grip you want and changes it to a square, you can usually still alter the correct parameter using the properties manager, if one of your previous actions has caused 2 grips to coincide?

If that isn't the answer then post a copy of the block and someone can check it, for other problems.

Looks like somehow I've managed to get the arrows on top of each other - not sure how but i've changed appropriately and all seems fine.....

Thanks for your assistance Steven.
