Objects disapper both when moving or inserting a block

Autocad 2015 SP1   Win 7 Enterprise 16 gig Mem  Certified AMD Firepro V3900 video card

Is this a know problem with 2015 SP1 ?

When moving an item (Usually a simple 2D block) or inserting a block....it will not display until

I do  a regen or zoom in-out..........very frustrating to say the least.

Tried with Hardware Accelaration on & off..........no help

Ron.

Waiting patiently for SP2 !

If you mean as a block is being inserted or moved try DRAGMODE=ON.

C3D 2018.1
C3D 2016 SP4

Win 7 Professional 64 Bit

Nope not dragmode.........

Happens when moving or inserting.......it's visible until I let go of the mouse after selecting insert point

The current layer is "ON" so it's not being put on a frozen layer.

Pan or regen will then display them.

Does seems to happen more on files 1 -2 megs.

Win 7 Enterprise 64 Bit  16 gig mem.

I've just not had much luck with 2015 and display problems........

Hoping SP2 will solve these

One of my students had the same problem (object disappeared when being moved).  I had him go into dragmode and choose 'auto' and that fixed his problem (and mine when I tested it on my computer).  I found that when you choose 'off' from the dragmode option, it doesn't come back on if you choose 'on', only if you chose 'auto' could be a glitch?
