New tab settings

I am not able to find "Learn" and "Create" on left and right side on new tab page as  it .shown in video tutorial. how to get it. is there any settings for it please refere my attachment.

They are at the bottom of the window. Switch windows there and they will appear on the left or right depending on which mode (learn/create) you are in.

Hello,

I have the a similar problem, not only is the new and create missing from each side of the screen but also from the bottom, please refer attached screen capture.  I am using Cadworx and at some stage I presume that I, or Cadworx, have turned the learn and create option off.  At the moment I'm stuck on the learn screen, would be better if it was create.  Any hints on turning them back on again?
