new notebook

my notebook is broke, so i need a new one, im looking for a notebok intel i3 3217u, nvidea geforce 2gb, 6gb ram.

 

this notebook is enough to run autocad flawlessly? i have some doubts about the performance of the processor

I dont use 3d model, only 2d

Other than the low-end i3 choice, you've got a good basic notebook for AutoCAD.

If possible the fastest as possible Core i5 (quad Core) or Core i3 (dual Core) ...

6 Gb Ram is OK for 2D ...

 

Please don't forget that Win 8.1 is not supported by Autodesk even with the SP 1 for any ACAD 2014 !

- ACAD 2014 / ACAD LT 2014 (OR ACAD 2013 + SP 2 / ACAD LT 2013 + SP 2) supports only Win XP Pro, Seven, Win 8.0 (and NOT Win 8.1)

So if your notebook is delivered with Win 8.1, you will have to wait about ONE month and purchase a 2015 version !!
