My properties dialog is blank. Pick-first is set to .

"Hi, i am using autocad 2013, and

My properties dialog is blank. Pick-first is set to 1

 I have completely repair, registry cleaned, but now this problem is continues. can you help any one ?"

I know you said you ran a repair, but some programs (Norton) continually mess up the registry settings needed by the Properties palette.  http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS1052681

or you had uninstalled autodesk 360, that would do it.

I uninstalled Autodesk 360, no issues with Properties at all (or anything else in AutoCAD 2014 except for 2014 quirks discussed elsewhere).
The OP has a Windows Registry issue I believe.

I had cleard window registry with Ccleaner, but same problem continue.

AFTER you run a registry cleaner, THEN you have to run a REPAIR on the install.

Alredy i had do that step repair but nothing is change....have you any other idea ?

Try doing a Reinstall, instead of Repair. I had the same issue and Repair did not work. Only Reinstall worked.

Before you do the Reinstall, uninstalll your registry cleaner, and throw away the disks/delete the download, and never run one again.

And do a *complete* unistallation of AutoCAD following the steps outlined >Here<!  That will ensure you have the best chance of getting rid of the troubles.
