My autocad 2014 doesn't open

Hello, I have the students license for Autocad 2014, it was operating well, but today I try opened, and first it is loading the program, but then nothing, the introduction disappeared, and when I tried to uninstall it, appears a legend that said it is impossible because the archive acad.exe is opened.

I had similar problem a long time ago, solution was to uninstall, clear all residual files and folders, and install again. You can try repair, but that didn't help me last time. You can force stop acad.exe by pressing ctrl+shift+esc and finding process acad.exe and right click - end process
