this message appears when i try to union two 3D solids. i just dont know how to solve this.

 

i will attach the file for any help.

both solids are poor quality and a long long way from the origin compared to size of the bodies.

These could be significantly simplified.

Inconsistent face-body relationships - solution?

 

I don't know if it is the right way to fix the problem, yet I've found something that it works.   I take one of the 2 pieces I wish to union, and use the solidedit command on one of the connecting faces, by selecting Face, then Extrude.  After selection, I extrude it by 1/128 th.  Then after exiting the solidedit command, I union the pieces usually without the Inconsistent face-body relationship error.
