I saved my files yesterday, this morning I opened up the saved file and made some more changes and saved.  When I opened the file again nothing was there..What do I do?

take the BAK-file, rename it to a new filename with extension .DWG and open it.
If that does not work do a restore of your backup from yesterday.

Look for Autosave files as well.

In Windows Explorer address bar, type %temp% to take you to the default temp folder. Unless you changed an AutoCAD Temp File Folder location, your autosave files should be there as *.sv$ files. Hopefully you can find the file you were working on there. It will be the filename + seemingly random$.  (such as$)  Simply rename the .sv$ to .dwg and open it up.

Good luck.
