MDT V4 Enabler for Acad2014?

I have a file I need to fully access in Autocad 2014, and it seems I need an mdt v4 object enabler but I can't seem to find one on the autodesk site.. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

MDT? As in Mechanical Desktop 2004? That's a dead and gone variant.
These are the only object enablers available to R2014:

Not to mention OE's don't usually give the option for editing, just viewing with correct graphics.  After all, why buy the software when you can just get a free download?

Thanks Dean, I had found that link but of course didn't find a solution there

Unfortunately it is not possible to get the author to reissue the dwg with the objects converted, so I am stuck with it.
