Making a circle annotative in Autocad Architecture 2015

I can't seem to find how to make a circle annotative in model space. 

I'm trying to make the circle appear in certain scales in paper space. But the circle appears in all of the scales. When i click on the circle in model space, it doesn't have an option in the properties to make it annotative.

Regular objects such as line, circles, polylines etc can not be made annotative, instead make the circle into a block and make the block annotative.
