Little help for a noob

Good evening.

First of all, I find this programm amazing.

Now to he point.
During the the introduction course in my class we had an underlay and we needed to draw lines on lines - very basic.
Well, after a computer restart I opened the programm again to check the file, to finish it.
Problem is, there is no underlay anymore eventhough the layer is activated.

I only see the picture directory instead of the picture/underlay.

NB! Other classmates do not seem to have the issue
Is anyone familiar with this situation? Any help, or tips would be appriciated.

Thanks in advance,
Andreas

AutoCAD can not find the xref (underlay) file at the expected location.  The text placeholder in the drawing indicates where AutoCAD is looking for the file (.... Desktop\KOOL\Autocad kursus\barcelona.png) A warning about the missing file is also indicated by the yellow exclaimation mark in the  External Reference manager at the left.

Did you move the underlay file, or are you logged on as a different user (therefore "desktop" files/folders would be unavailable),  Are you perhaps opening the drawing from a thumbdrive where the underlay is not in the same folder as the .dwg file?

When you open this drawing, autocad can't find the .png file.

It looks like the path for the file is \desktop\kool\autocad\etc\etc

Open the xref manager and repath to where this file is located.
