Linear Dimensions Scale Problem

I am using AutoCAD 2014.  I changed my DIMSCALE and AMSYMSCALE from .5 to 1.  However, only my radii dimensions and balloons come out correct but the linear dimensions do not.  They stay at .5.  I checked the STYLE setting and the text height is set to 0.

In the Dimension style, my overall scale is 1.00.  But when I check each dimension's properties, my radius dim overall scale is 1.00 but my linear dimension overall scale is .50.  How do I make them the same for all other dimensions?

Enter DIM at the command line, then run UPDATE and select the dimensions you want to update to the current dimstyle setting

Have you tried using dim update?

I did that and it did not work.  I even put in new dimensions and they still come in at .5 scale.

I found it.  When I selected the ANSI style, the overall dimscale was 1.00.  But there is a separate Linear dimstyle under ANSI style that had its overall scale set to .5.

If using acadm the amsymscale value might cause the problem.
