License Transfer Utility Error 36

hello, i got a Windows XP machine with autocad 2013 wich i wanted to upgrade to windows 8. when i start the utility and i logon it give me the message "error code36" can someone assist me?

Does the error also include this note?
"Export Request Failed
The maximum number of exports for this serial number has been reached, You may not export more licenses than you have purchased."

If yes, you cannot check out a license that is already checked out. Nothing you can do about it unless you put it back first.

When i start Autocad it doesnt give me a warning its not activated

Hi, it does include that message, how can i be sure that there is no license left on the computer?

The error message is notifying you that there is no license left to export: I think that's what you want.
