Layer filter messages

I recieved a drawing and every time I open it a message showed in the command line:

Opening an AutoCAD 2013 format file.
Regenerating model.

AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.._-layer
Current layer: "0"
Enter an option [?/Make/Set/New/Rename/ON/OFF/Color/Ltype/LWeight/TRansparency/MATerial/Plot/Freeze/Thaw/LOck/Unlock/stAte/Description/rEconcile]: filter
Current layer filter: "All"

Enter a layer filter option [New/Set/Rename/Edit/Delete/eXit]: set
Enter layer filter to make current: Mech_1
Layer filter not found.
Enter layer filter to make current:
Layer filter not found.
Enter layer filter to make current:
Enter layer filter to make current:
Command:

Autodesk DWG. This file is a TrustedDWG last saved by an Autodesk application or Autodesk licensed application.

Command:
Layer filter not found.
Enter layer filter to make current:

There is no layer filter in the layer manager.

The current layer state is "_LAYISO_STATE" in model space and "Same as DWG" = "No".

I know that the layer filter "Mech_1" has been removed and most likely some of layers were delected with the filter.

How to prevent the message pops up again when opening the drawing?

Thanks for your help.

Looks like you are running a custom startup: yours?
Or by chance is there an acad.lsp file that suddenly showed up in the same folder as this file?
