Laptop Screen Broken - Re-Load AutoCAD to New Laptop

Hi,

The screeen on my laptop is broken and as such is no longer useable. I have a student version of AutoCAD 2013 loaded on this computer and have been doing my lessons on it.

I need to install the AutoCAD onto my new laptop but do not have an executable file with which to do so. The product is registered and can be disabled/transfered on the old computer by temporarily connecting another monitor.

How do I obtain the .exe to load onto the new laptop.

Thank you.

You should be able to go into your Student account and find the download, otherwise follow the instructions HERE to download your current version using the Virtual Agent. Do not be concerned that it's not designated as a "student version" the download is exactly the same whether it's a "trial, student, commercial, etc version....  Your  serial/license number is what determines that it installs as a "student version"  Just make sure you download the correct product ie AutoCAD LT2013 vs AutoCAD2013 and 32bit vs 64bit etc.

That worked wonderfully using the Virtual Agent.

Thank you very much.
