Lable Block reference in block

I wonder if this can be done.  i have a number of blocks which have labels to them i.e. JW1, JW2, JW3 etc. which corresponds to the block name.  Is it possible to have the label automatically referenced to the block name so if i change the block name to JW10 the label within the block changes to JW10 as well.

Thanks in advance and hopefully its clear?

There may be more than one way, but here is one.

Create your block, and add an attribute definition. The tag and prompt are not important.

Insert a copy of the block, then when you are prompted to fill out the attribute, add a field.

Use the Object field, and select the block itself to get its properties.

Choose the Name property, then finish the block insert

Now if you rename the block, the attribute will update.

Yes, I made the assumption that everyone knows how and when fields update.

Should have referenced FIELDEVAL
