Isometric Ellipse has a Bulge

Why does creating an isometric ellipse create a bulge in the long radius direction? I should be consistant throughout the offset distance. In the attached image file, I created the two ellipses from the same center point.

Are you referring to an ellipse drawn as an ISOCIRCLE?  eg in 2D isometric drafting mode?  or an ellipse drawn in 3D Space with an issometric view set?

2D isometric drafting mode. 3D is next, but a little down the line of priorities.

Then it's being drawn correctly.  the 'true' dimensions in Isometric Drafting are only along the isometric planes.  Attached is an isocircle with a 94 unit diameter,  Smaller one was drawn with the same center.  Between the isometric lines, the curves are interpolated.

I see it, but..., I still don't like it. I'm drawing pipes and it just looks off. Oh well...
