Invalid of Incomplete DXF input - - drawing discarded

Someone please help me. I have read all these threads on this site and beyond and nothing is opening my file.

Heres the info

 Using Student Version of AutoCad 2014 on Acer Aspire V3-772G-6468

This message pops up when i attempt to open my file after autocad crashed when importing a block from a website

Error in BLOCK_RECORD Table
Invalid symbol table record name: "" on line 5236.
Invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded.

Apparently I saved my file as a 2000 DXF file. So as I was working off a given DWG file, everytime I saved my drawing, It saved as a DXF .

Autocad crashed and now nothing will open my drawing.

 I have a deadline !!

Here's what I've done to fix it according to numerous threads on similar issues.

Open in Notepad and find the specfic line corresponding to the error message and fix the problem - DIDNT WORK

Rename the file with a .DWG- Didnt Work

Try opening the file in TrueView  - Didnt Work

Recovery, Audit, WBlock. - cant even attempt to do this because as soon as I hit enter or space after writing audit in the command line, it disappeers and becomes the normal Drawing 1 when you start a new drawing.  - Didnt Work

Sent the file to other people to try and open - Didnt Work

I have attached the file. please someone help me!

When is open .dxf file - it shows Entities not allowed in *MODEL_SPACE block definition on line 134222.
Invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded.
