Installation of Application Manager Failed

I was installing AutoCAD 2015. And all of other products have been installed successfully, except for Application Manager.

And the error blog only recorded it like that “Installation of Application Manager is failed, please install it online.”

But the problem is that I cannot find any link or package online to solely install Application Manager.
