I can’t stretch, move anything

Hi all I need an urgent help. What is that mark in the shown image. How can I remove this? Difficult to work with that. I can’t stretch, move anything. If I am stretching or moving something the related objects are also coming with that. Please help.

The icon indicates the object has a Constraint applied, (which you already figured out)

Use DELCONSTRAINT from the command line, or from the Parametric tab on the Ribbon to remove existing Constraints, and then make sure CONSTRAINTINFER = 0 to prevent them from  being automatically applied to new objects.
