how to make an aligned and isometrical dimension and dimension text?

i have a big problem in rotating dimension text,, i rotated the dimension but my dimension text doesnt rotate. i have an attached image here in file name called CAPTURE, thats what i want,,, in file name CAPTURE2 thats my problem. any help??? tnx

I don't work in manufactory field and the solution below may not be the best. But you can use it to do the task for time being.
