How to Draw Internal Involute Spline Profile In AutoCAD???

Hi,

(I asked this question in AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format also)

We have some details of Internal Involute Spline profile,.

Now it has to be made by EDM Wire cutting,.

I need the nomenclature of Internal Involute,.

I browsed in Internet and I found some details, but all of them explaining Major Dia, Minor Dia, Spline pitch, Circular Pitch, tooth Thickness, etc,..

But I need how to draw the involute,Please see the attachment "How to draw this"

Automated Programs are secondary, reasons,.

1. I am a Mechanical Engineer, I should know how to Draw it, also I am addict in Mechanical Engineering, so I like to know it,.

2. Installing Software's are prohibited in our organization, it can not be done without Higher officials permission, also it will take time to finish this process,.

Please see all the attachments,.

Please help me,.

Thanks in advance,..

Go to http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?76756-LISP-routine-for-2D-internal-involute-gears.

There are AutoLisp files in this Web Site.

2DGear external for male.lsp

2DGear internal for female.lsp

There is an Optional Window midway to Copy and paste from, paste it into your own notepad file and rename it to your own NAME.LSP file.

They take some tweaking here and there. I usually use them for my base of design, I keep one circle, then erase all but one tooth, center that tooth at 0 degrees, check your Tooth or/and Space width's, check your Major and Minor, then poly edit and array, then close the loop.

2D Involute.lsp

I haven't mastered yet or found a reason to bump myself from the other 2 attached. But added it just incase.
