How to create .lin files for complex linetypes in AutoCAD?

Dear all, 

I want .lin file of certain complex linetypes.I used the mkshape and mkltype commands in AutoCAD for getting the same.But I am getting a distorted version when I create a shape?

Also certain elements are not getting selected when I want to select the linetype.

These are some linetypes for which I want the .lin files :
