How to adjust lineweight when plotting

I did not have this problem during my previous work as all setups were provided, but here I am. I would appreciate if any one of you experts can help me with this one.

I am currently using basic plot style given by autocad (monochrome, acad, etc), and it doesn't seem like I can adjust the lineweights of lines as I would like to.

Please refer to the image attached:

For each lines above, everything but red (0.20mm) and magenta (0.30mm) are set as default in the layer (lineweights are ByLayer, of course). However, the result is not quite what I'm looking for as you see... Here's the plot settings that I've used for the image above:

Please help ;_;

Are you perhaps used to use CTB and not STB plot style tables?
STB require more effort to apply, either in the layer command pop-up on by the object, based on your new company's standards.

Or perhaps they do use CTB and you just need to convert your DWG file using CONVERTPSTYLES command.

Yea, I was using CTB before.

You can go back if allowed, re-read the last sentence in my first reply.
