How do you scale down in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013?

Hi,

Im in highschool making a propellor pwered F1 race car. I had made he propellor before the rest of the car and I just found out when I placed it in the assembly that it is atleast twice the size of te rest of my model!

I tried a few quick google searches and only found something about a SCale command but I have no clue what this means.

So I was wondering if there is a button I am not seeing or if there is anoter way to scale?

Probably the easiest way for a beginner is

start a new file

Select Manage>Derive Component, select your original file and set the Scale factor.
