holes in 3D cylinder

I'm using Autocad 2015.  I have a pipe that is 10" in diameter and 24 in. long with a thickness of .1094.  I want to drill a .75 diameter hole 12" down and all of the way through the side of the pipe, how do you do this?  Usually I use the presspull command to subtract material but because it's a cylinder it's adding material, not subtracting.  Any ideas?

Extrude and Subtract.

Create a 3/4" Dia cylinder using whatever method you prefer, position it through the "pipe" at the correct location, and SUBTRACT the 3/4 cylinder from the "pipe"
