hatch toolbar returns unknown command "S" and pattern file not found

I'm using AutoCAD MEP 2014, Windows 7.  Recently I've been getting an unknown command "S" (don't know what this means, because the hatch command is not named "S") and pattern file not found when selecting the hatch button.  It has always worked just fine in the past and I have not recently installed a new PC or AutoCAD version.

I've tried to delete the search file path and re-add it with no success.  I've also tried renaming the acad.pat file and relinking to search path with no success.  The Macro is the same for other users in my office and works fine on their PC.  I've exhausted all my troubleshooting skills and need someone's help with this issue.

Thanks,

 Dave

Macro? Post that code here for review, it appears to have an error in it.

It sounds like you have a macro or lisp calling the hatch command and then sending an S for settings but Autodesk changed that to T for seTtings so you will need to edit the macro or lisp to use T instead of S.

This a custom macro that we have added to our tool bars.

*^C^C-BHATCH;P;ANSI31;$M=$(*,$(GETVAR,DIMSCALE),10);;T;\;;

No, changing to "T" in macro only returns unknown command "T"

Thanks for those who replied but I figured out a solution.  Copy the two .pat files out of the default file location and paste into a separate file, then relink through Options/Files/Support File Search Path
