Hatch error in version2015

Dear All

I have problem with the hatch scale in v.2015. When i create hatch and finishe scale hatch setup everytime i use match properties or re-opening program

hatch scale is change to very small scale everytime. If i try to move my hatch to new location hatch will change to correct scale!

Anyone have problem like me? Or if this case is has before please suggest the link it to me.
