AutoCAD 360 should work it's the BING maps that Microsoft controls that's not working with AutoCAD at the time. It is being worked on.

Due a recent Microsoft change, the Bing module has stopped working.

It has now be rewritten and a hotfix is available for the 2014 and 2015 AutoCAD based products

AutoCAD 2015 based product
Autodesk® Autocad® 2015 Geolocation Online Map Hotfix

AutoCAD 2014 based products
Autodesk® Autocad® 2014 Geolocation Online Map Hotfix

Thanks for the post. I copied the new AcGeoLocationUI.arx file to the AutoCAD 2015 folder, but Bing maps still does not display. I checked my version - 64 bit. I'm signed in to my Autodesk account. I have the correct projection set in the drawing. I've restarted C3D several times and tried opening various drawings. No luck. It worked fine up until Oct 29. Anyone else still having Bing maps unavailable?   Thanks, Ian

We pushed it to all of our users, all on Civil 3D 2015 SP1, and it fixed the issue for everyone we've tested with.  Assuming it worked for even those that we haven't tested with yet, but if I see anyone not working, I will follow up with this post.

Only things I can think of is to make sure you grabbed the correct fix (2014 or 2015), and maybe SP1 is required?

I'll check for the correct fix and that we have SP1.

Thanks, I'll let you know...

SP1 upgrade fixed it. Bing maps now displays.
