Geo-locating in AutoCAD 2015

I am trying to produce a layout for a site I am working on and have tried to use the Insert>set location>from map function but i keep getting a message that says "you do not have permission to access online map data". If there anyone who could help me sort this as I am getting pretty frustrated at this.

Did you create a A360 account? Have you tried to log out of A360 (from the windows task pane) then reboot AutoCAD.
