Font not printing correctly in PDF

Hi,

I have AutoCAD 2014 and I'm having so problems when I try to print font "Courier New". When I do the preview it seens to be perfect but when I plot it, the font gets distort. It's hard to explain with words so look above the images attached.

I know there are more posts like this one, and some of then have resolved part of my problems. If I do the "Capture all fonts" and click on "as geometry" it looks perfect. My question is  if there is any way to solve the problem without printing the font as a geometry?

Thanks,

Santiago

Does this problem occur if you use another font, like ARIAL?
Is this a new problem, it used to always work before?
What are you using for a PDF driver to create the PDF file of your drawing?
Did you remember to turn off ‘Use local fonts’ on your PC in the PDF Reader? Preferences>Page Display section has this as a box, checked by default.

Hi, thanks for your fast reply.

This ocurred me also in my old computer and it only happens when i use "courier new"

I've tried with Arial font and it works perfectly.

I'm using "DWG to PDF". Don't know if you mean this when you refer to the PDF driver.

I've just tried with the "use local fonts" turn off, but it stills beeing strange.

Thank you again for your time,

Santi

I suspect the problem is limited to that exact font: I can replicate it here too.

So there's no solution? Hope next autocad update solve it.

Anyway, thank you very much for your time.

If there is a fix someone else may jump in and answer it. Stay tuned.
