File saving in Core-console

Hi
We are developing an application which uses core console to open dwg and their corresponding xrefs, manipulates them and saves it to the user specified version.
when the older version of the dwg files are executed and saved in current version( using dwgdatabase.SaveAs(dwgdatabase.Filename, DwgVersion.AC1027);),
the execution stops with that step and there is no progress after that. There is no execption in SaveAs method and the process becomes idle waiting for the step to get completed.
Kindly help us to come across this issue by suggesting solution for this.

When using the AccoreConsole, after the changes the drawing can be saved using the script as

If you are using any other method, please provide the drawing, script and any custom plugin code

that is required to reproduce the error message.
