Fatal Error unhandled access violation reading 0x0038 exeption at ce7a53e2h

Buenas Tardes 

 Sucede que a uno de mis usuarios le esta presentando el siguiente inconveniente, todos los archivos de Autocad que ellos trabajan se encuentran el red, en un servidor ocasionalmente ella esta trabajando y aparece este error, debe reiniciar. 

Alguien podria indicarme a que se debe?

Este autocad no tiene complementos adiconales.

¿1. ocurre con cada dibujo que intenta abrir?

¿2. ocurre a cualquier otro usuario abrir los mismos dibujos?

¿3. si copia a su computadora, abrirá normalmente el programa?
Esto podría eliminar si el problema es con ella o con la red.

Si no funciona nada más, te recomiendo una instalación de reparación.

1. Does this happen with every drawing she tries to open?

2. Does this happen to any other users opening the same drawings?

3. If copied to her computer, will the program open normally?
This might eliminate whether the problem is with her or the network.

If nothing else works, I recommend a REPAIR installation.
