Express Tools not working

I failed to install them when i initially installed ACAD (ACAD 2014 Mechanical, part of the Product Design Suite).  So i went back through the add remove features and added them.  I have the bar now, but none of the commands seem to work.  Does anyone have any ideas?

DEMANDLOAD use 3

Then Reboot the machine.

demandload is already set to 3

i should also note: SOME of the commands work. Like Arc Aligned Text, or Annotation Attachment. But Text Explode (the one i need) does not.

Type in this line in the command line:

(findfile "txtexp.lsp")

hit enter and see if autocad can find it.

Use windows search, if it can be found, move that .lsp into EXPRESS folder.

although i do not see the EXPRESS folder in any of my file paths in the options. That may be the problem, which does it need to be in?

I posted this a while back when someone else was having trouble with express tools it may well not be your answer but might be worth checking

I am currently running Autodesk Product Design Suite standard 2013

I know when it was first installed I had the same issue in that I could see express tools some worked but this one did not.

Not sure if this will help you but if you go to the control panel on your PC & wherever you can change programs (on mine its programs & features) find your Autocad & just check that where you can make changes etc that express tools is ticked. For some reason mine was not & making this change solved it.

Sorry if I am suggesting what you have already tried /checked
