Error when trying to insert an object in 2015

We've recently installed the new version of AutoCAD and found that when inserting an object, we get an error:

AutoCAD Error Aborting

FATAL ERROR: Unhandles e0434352h Exception at fd08940dh

Then the whole program crashes.

Im not quite sure what it is. Im the guy who installed it.

Hi,

What is an object from your point of view?

Does that error appear in just one drawing or everytime using the _INSERT command, even in new drawings based on original AutoCAD templates?

An Autocad enitity like a block or an PDF file or Word doc file? Or a hammer thought the screen?

We need more info and the steps you are using.
