From installation log file, it failed at Windows Visual C++ 2008 SP1 with 1603 code. This maybe because you have a higher version or corrupted VC++ 2008 installed. Please go to Control Panel to uninstall all the VC++ 2008, then rerun the installation.

I tried this 

it fails on x64 and its  ok  for x86 

i´ve uninstalled vc 2008 before.
