ERROR COMES WHILE OPEN THE DWG TRUEVIEW 2013

I GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR MSG "an autodesk product failed to send the required value for UPITOKEN. the error report sent to autodesk may be incomplete." AND THEN ANOTHER ONE ALSO COME "FATAL ERROR: unhandled e06d7363h exception at 75b19617h". THEN FINALLY CLOSE. PLEASE HELP ME.

I have the same problem when plotting multiple drawings. Did you find a fix for this error?

I recently came across this issue...

 

To get round it i applied the /nohardware switch to the DWG Trueview shortcut and applied the change.

 

Once i did this, i could successfully open DWG Trueview and open a DWG file without the program bombing out and reporting the UPITOKEN error.
