Editing data extraction table and import back to drawing

Hi,

Is there a way to extract data and edit text content in excel and then import data back to drawing with new text contect. Text location and rotation should be same as before extraction. Extraction ja editing is working out but I cannot import text back drawing with right orientation? I managed to import text table as PNEZD format and get it in right location but rotation is missing. I used IMPORTPOINTS command. Any ideas?
