Dyn Block Visibility Not Working

Hi All,

I created this very basic dynamic block with two visibility states for which the correct objects turn on/off while in the block editor, but not when i use the "Test Block" option.

After inserting it into a blank drawing or viewing in the "Test Block" option, all objects are visible in the "Transverse Bent" state as they should be, but when i change the visibility state to "Flat" there are two attributes that should be invisible but remain visible. What did i do wrong and more importantly, how can i fix it?

Lock the position of your attributes. Once I did that, your block worked fine for me.
