DWG preview size on 4K monitor

DWG 2013 has the preview image saved in PNG format.

It seems that the size (width x height) of this image is function of the monitor size. On a 24" monitor, the size is approx 260 x 150.

Taking this into account, I would be obliged if someone can post an empty DWG file (with preview = ON) saved on a computer with 4K monitor.

Isn't it just the THUMBSIZE setting? See:

This setting has no effect on DWG thumbnail preview image.

I think that is working only for model, layout, sheet view previews...
