Drop Down Text Menus instead of Ribbon?

Hello, I recently installed AutoCAD 2015 on my laptop and I cannot figure out how to disable the ribbon on top and just have drop down text menus for draw, view, manage, ect. like I'm used to.

I managed to accidentally enable such feature on my Surface Pro 3 making it look and act likeclassic AutoCAD but I don't know how I did it.

This is an older dell laptop with a core2 duo so the ribbon hinders the performance a lot and I am a lot faster at drawing with just the pull down menus and toolbars on the sides.

Thanks.

Ribbonclose usually turns off the ribbon.

MENUBAR command, set it to 1 to turn it on.

That's the variable I was trying to think of 🙂

Remember to save your workspace so it remembers how you want to work.

The issue you face is that there is no longer an AutoCAD classic user interface in 2015, you can create it from scratch if you like but it might take you a bit of time and configuration.
