Drawing Templates

Hi All

What would the best way to go with regards to drawing in Meters or Millimeters.

Set up 2 different templates one for Meters and another for Millimeters each with there own Text Styles, Dimension Style, Multileader Style and Table Style!

At the moment I have a template set up for millimeters with annotive Text and Dimensions.

Regards

Kevin

Maybe. I have a template drawing for multiple types of equpment, and another for a specific group of equipment. Without the second one, I'd be removing the same drawing tabs for every similar project!

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂

We use both mm and mtrs.

We have only one template, it's set to mm with all the styles we need. We draw everying in Modelspace and annotate in Paperspace (or model tab and layout tab for the newbies 🙂 ) when we use metres, we just change our units... ...

Thank you for that, that sounds brilliant, never thought about doing it that way. I will give that a go.
