drawing problem

i using autocad 2014,system requirment ok

but when i working in this attached dwg. than too much slow,

plz tell how i can repair this file,i already used soe command as purge,audit,recover,w block ect but still problem is there so tell me

try delete all annotation scale.

this can delete annotation scale by all drawings in a folder

You can use SCALELISTEDIT on one drawing for testing first.
