draw a elevation curve ground line (sorry, but really hurry)

I have the sketch up version of the section line and I want to input the section line (which is the ground line) into autocad elevation drawing. Is there anyway to produce an accurate ground line in autocad. 

I tried to export the section view from sketch up to photoshop, however, the photoshop file is jpg, so I cant put it into autocad.

I have attached the section line I want, and the elevation of autocad. I appreciate your help. Thank you

There is a free Sketchup import tool in 2015 or at the Exchange Apps store for recent lower versions.
