Drape A Surface Over A Point Cloud

Afternoon All,

I know This Question May Have Been Asked Several Times But Is There A Standard Way In Inventor 2014 You Can Drape A Surface Over A Point Cloud ?

The Point Cloud I Have Generated Is In The Formate Of An Excel SpreadSheet.
