Data Extraction Wizard does not open. AutoCAD 2014

This function was working but now when the user enters the Data Extraction commad nothing happens. The wizard does not open.

Has anyone see this before?

Thank you,

Mike

You have to save dwg file before entering command. Or you can use insert table->data extraction(command: Tb)

Can you post a copy of everything that happens in your command line when typing DATAEXTRACTION?

Best regards

sure.  nothing happens.  no error message.  no wizard.  it just lays there like i never entered the command.

Do your crosshairs disappear until you hit esc? If so the wizard is showing up off the screen. If not, I got no idea.

If you have a dialog box off screen you can push Alt+SPACE+M then press one of the arrow keys then move your mouse and the dialog box should be attached to it.
