Creating a dynamic 3d object...

I have a 3d object that has no grips or points that you can manipulate... I would like to create an object that you can stretch/modify... can this be done?

Hi,

you have a 3D-solid alread reworked through some boolaen operations.

To select now the basic components you have to select the object, then <CTRL> and select the subobject ... and that can be modified by grips (as long as SOLIDHIST was enabled).

I didn't know you could do that. thank you. I can't manipulate the object in a dynamic block (linear stretch). Is this possible?

Sorry, no. The dynamic options are only 2D and don't include solid manuipulations.

I've made a program to convert 2d to 3d using the specs in paperspace (via lisp). I figured what I need to do. Thank you for your help
