Creating a Detail not working getting error

[AutoDac12]

when trying to create a detail, using detail view drop down.

i get

unable to perfrom action, this drawing was last edited with model documentation in a newer version blah blah

however i can make a new drawing with out any viewports and go right to paperspace and create a detail view.

so What detail views are only for paperspace?

wont let me do one inside view ports

and wont let me create one on a drawing i was already working on even in paper space.

what gives with this garbage and there are not answers online I already looked and viewbase and viewsection dont work

does anyone know??????????

Have you tried unlocking viewports in paperspace before detail view?
