Constraints Bar of AutoCAD 2015

Hey guys how do I show my constraints bar e.g auto constraints and all the different constraints I am stuck with this. Tried "showing" the constraints bar and changing the transparency I still am not able to see it.

2013 AutoCAD which i learnt the software in has no such issue at all!
