I'm trying to stop all contrains. When I try to edit (move) all kinds of cazy things move along with the object I'm trying to move. I have tried setting constrain value to 0 but objects still are contrained as I create them. Is it the drawing itself becasue I never had this problem before?

To prevent new constraints from being created, disable Infer Contraints using the statusbar icon or from the command line ( CONSTRAINTINFER = 0 )

To delete existing constraints, use DELCONSTRAINT command from the Parametric tab on the Ribbon, or from the command line.
